The TITAN collective, which includes SLAM PH, TMG and NBA Store PH, offers internship opportunities to students and individuals who wish to be part of activities, projects and programs that support overall company goals. In this program, they are immersed in our general operations and are exposed to different teams and professionals, which help enrich their professional experience and contribute to their career goals.

Finance Director

HQ - Finance

Classification: Director Level

A fundamental aspect of TITAN’s success lies in its ability to map out its financial capabilities. The Finance team identifies opportunities, risks and investments that drive the company towards growth and stability. Through regular and effective financial activities and reporting, the company is able to make informed important decisions that build the brand’s portfolio and equity.

The Finance Director is a results-driven leader who develops the company’s financial strategies and oversees financial activities that influence key stakeholders’ decision-making. Financial planning, analyses, audit, cost and risk management, metrics-setting, process implementation, reporting accuracy and people management are some of the critical areas within this role’s scope. The Finance Director is also the subject matter expert for accounting, taxation and treasury. The ideal candidate possesses the technical knowledge and experience to confidently resolve complex financial matters and to drive operational success to achieve desired business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

• A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience and 5 years managerial experience

• Expertise in Accounting, Financial Planning, Analysis, Taxation, Audit

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can interact professionally with individuals of all levels within the organization

• Solution-oriented, highly analytical, thinks both critically and creatively

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word

• Knowledgeable in Oracle-based finance systems

• Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and is able to meet deadlines and milestones

NBA Store PH - Advanced Associate

The Advanced Associate is well-versed with cash management and/or stock & inventory management all the while ensuring high-level consumer experience through product knowledge and reliable service.

 

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course

• Must have had cashiering experience handling various payment methods and or stock and inventory experience

• Demonstrates solid interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino, conveying information effectively

• Deep knowledge about the game of basketball, basketball products and is constantly updated with the latest information in the basketball scene

• Able to multi-task to meet both customer and operational needs

• Able to sustain genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude while servicing consumers

Accounting Associate

 

HQ - FINANCE

LEVEL: ASSOCIATE

: Supports the finance and accounting teams in administrative requirements such as documentation, filing and encoding

: Facilitate external errands for, but not limited to, banks, BIR and other government offices to support daily operations and requirements

: Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to communicate status of transactions or requests

: Performs data entry tasks and ensures accuracy and timeliness of data and records

: Other tasks that may be assigned to you based on your role

 

QUALIFICATIONS

: Possesses a bachelor's degree in any finance / accounting-related course
: Previous experience in Finance / Accounting
: Demonstrated experience in accounting and/or ERP systems
: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
: Demonstrates high-level coordination and maintains good relationships with key stakeholders
: Highly attentive to detail and is deadline-oriented
: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

IT Operations Specialist

 

Department: IT

 

The IT team builds and promotes a culture of innovation, forward-thinking and efficiency within the organization to enable the business to achieve overall goals and success.

 

The IT Operations Specialist maintains, updates and optimizes current systems and infrastructure in various locations. This role also provides agile technical end-user support and solutions for hardware, software, application, data, network or security issues. S/he works closely with the IT Operations Manager in educating the team on best practices on security and how to care for company assets. Handling highly sensitive and confidential information, the IT Operations Specialist is trustworthy as s/he is effective in the technical demands of his/her role. Lastly, the IT Operations Specialist is constantly abreast of industry trends, practices and technological advancements that could be applied to the business for continued improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any similar course

·      Experience in Information Technology of at least 2-3 years; working in retail or e-commerce companies are advantages

·      Experience in managing integrated systems (hardware and software) in multiple locations

·      Knowledgeable in supporting Mac OS, Windows and Windows Server 2012 and 2019

·      Knowledgeable in Unifi Products

·      Knowledgeable in Google Suite

·      Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL V3/V4

·      Good written and verbal communication skills to present and educate others on technical concepts and projects

Assistant Store Manager

 

Taking on a leadership role, the Store Manager is in charge of overall management of the store s/he is assigned to and is at the forefront of protecting the brand’s identity.

 

As a role model, s/he exemplifies all of Titan’s values and executes all tasks with excellence. S/he equips his/her team members with the right knowledge about the company’s processes and products through training and constant guidance.

 

The Store Manager is expected to maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. S/he is also able to ensure authentic and seamless consumer experience including resolving conflict and/or addressing complaints and concerns. This role is also critical in fostering consumer loyalty and expanding brand presence.

 

Store Managers constantly motivate their team to work together to achieve sales and other targets set by the company.

 

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

 

: Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course

: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino, written and verbal

Photographer/Videographer Intern

: Assisting in elevating the brand’s product photography
: Immersing yourself in event coverage, with a specific focus on SLAM Philippines, capturing the essence of every moment.
: Offering crucial support in basic photo and video editing, contributing to the refinement of our visual content.
: Collaborating on the creation of compelling photo and video content tailored for the social media platforms of both TITAN and SLAM Philippines.
: While not a requirement, having your own equipment is a valuable asset that can amplify your creative contributions to this role.

Graphic Designer - Apparel | Intern

Position: Graphic Designer - Apparel

Role Brief

In the Creative team, we’re brand guardians and proud to shape the direction of the initiatives TITAN has. To continue operating at our high standards and elevating products to maintain TITAN’s powerhouse, we’re seeking a new Junior Designer for our Apparel Team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for fashion and design trends, and the ability to translate creative ideas into visually appealing and commercially viable products.

 

Responsibilities

 :  Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphic designs for various projects, with a focus on apparel design

 :  Create mock ups and prototype of graphic designs on apparel to visualize the final product.

 :  Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations and visual tools.

 :  Assist in the development of sketches, renderings, and technical drawings for apparel design

 :  Organize and manage graphic design files efficiently, ensuring accessibility for team members and production partners. Prepare files for production, considering color separations and printing requirements.

 :  Attends required meetings

 :  Other tasks that may be assigned to you based on your role.

 

Required skills and qualifications

 :  Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

 :  Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
