Brand Community Manager

HQ – Community

Classification: Managerial

The Community team is responsible for implementing programs across all platforms that maintain and grow TITAN’s database and deepen consumer ties to the brand. With a deep understanding of the consumer’s point-of-view, they are able to provide relevant insights and data to aid in brand and business initiatives, strategies, and decisions.

The Brand Community Manager develops and implements initiatives to champion TITAN’s female offense in the basketball and sneaker community. This role will also further grow TITAN’s communities in different platforms, increase community participation, and strengthen membership programs.

  • Qualifications:
  • • Possesses a bachelor’s degree, preferably any business or communication course
  • • Experience in Retail or Marketing of at least 3-5 years; working for women’s fashion/sportswear/community are advantages
  • • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • • Fast learner and works well under pressure
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • • Proficient in English and Filipino (written and verbal)
  • • Demonstrates computer efficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications

Store Manager

Retail Stores - Fort and Solenad

Classification: Managerial

Taking on a leadership role, the store manager is in charge of overall management of the store s/he is assigned to and is at the forefront of protecting the brand’s identity.

As a role model, s/he exemplifies all of titan’s values and executes all tasks with excellence. S/he equips his/her team members with the right knowledge about the company’s processes and products through training and constant guidance.

The store manager is expected to maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. S/he is also able to confidently and correctly resolve conflict and/or address complaints. This role is also critical in fostering consumer loyalty and expanding brand presence.

Store managers constantly motivate their team to work together to achieve sales and other targets set by the company.


  • • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course
  • • Possesses a minimum of 5 years experience in the retail or service industry
  • • Proven experience of at least 4 years in delivering high-level customer experience, operational excellence and general problem solving
  • • Must have at least 4 years experience in a supervisory / managerial position
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino, written and verbal
  • • Demonstrates computer proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • • Passionate about basketball and basketball products

Store Associate

Retail Stores

Classification: Entry / Junior-level

The Store Associate is a brand ambassador and well-rounded frontliner of the TITAN retail force, mainly responsible for delivering premium, excellent service and maintaining the store’s overall upkeep. The Store Associate masters product information and stories, is able to convert casual customers to loyal consumers and constantly meets sales targets through vast product knowledge, authentic storytelling and reliable assistance.


  • • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree of any course
  • • Demonstrates solid interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino, conveying information effectively
  • • Deep knowledge about the game of basketball, basketball products and is constantly updated with the latest information in the basketball scene
  • • Able to multi-task to meet both customer and operational needs
  • • Able to sustain genuine enthusiasm and positive attitude while servicing consumers
