1. What are the payment methods available for team sales?

1. We accept over-the-counter which includes cash, credit or debit card. Bank transfers and cheque deposits are also available. A 3 day processing period is required for bank transfer and cheque deposits, to verify if the payment has been made.

2. How long does it take to process the order?

1. Team orders will take 7-9 business days depending on the size and model availability and logistics needed.

3. Can units purchased through the program be exchanged?

1. Products purchased through the team sales program are subject to standard TITAN Return and Exchange policy. Requests due to change of size can be accommodated within 7 days of pickup, subject to approval and availability. Defective Lifestyle footwear will be valid for return for a maximum of thirty (30) days, and forty-five (45) for defective performance footwear. Full Return and Exchange policy here.

4. What if my preferred size or model is not available in the online form?

5. Can I avail for delivery direct to my address?

1. All team orders are subject for pickup at any TITAN store. Clients may arrange delivery by booking their own courier service. Delivery costs will be shouldered by the client and TITAN will not be liable for any damages or incidents incurred during transit. Payment for the order must also be settled first before arranging delivery.

6. Who can avail of the team sales program?

1. We cater to customers who are looking for footwear intended for league/team use. Corporate bulk orders are subject for approval depending on the nature of use.
2. Purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale refers to the purchase of product/s by someone who resells, or intends to resell to others.

7. How much discount can I get for every order?

1. Discount may vary depending on the final model and quantity of the order. Final discounts will be reflected in the purchase order form issued by a Titan representative.
