// Entry is for the opportunity to purchase the launch product on TITAN at the specified store, date, time and size submitted at registration.

// No purchase necessary to enter. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of being eligible to purchase the launch product.

// The entrant’s First Name and Last Name provided at registration must match the Valid Government Issued Photo-ID presented upon claiming in-store. (Digital copies or expired documents will NOT be accepted)

// TITAN assumes that all information entered by the customer is true and correct. All entries are non-transferrable and details cannot be amended once submitted.

// Validation and verification of the ID presented is solely at the discretion of TITAN.

// A valid email address with a TITAN22.COM account, valid address within the Philippines, contact phone number and preferred size are required.

// Only One entry per person and/or household per launch product is allowed, regardless of collection location submitted. Any duplicate entries will be voided and cause initial and future entries to be deleted.

// All products on the Draw are excluded from all promotions and discounts, shipping or otherwise.

// TITAN is not responsible for lost, unread or unreceived emails. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check SPAM/JUNK mail settings and folders and PRIVACY/SECURITY settings.

// Please ensure you do not unsubscribe from our emails, raffles or mailing campaigns in order to remain as an active subscriber to future raffles. If you have previously unsubscribed or blocked an email from TITAN, you may not receive emails from us in the future.

// All Draw entry details cannot be amended once submitted.

// All handling of personal information collected, stored and used for the purposes of this draw are compliant with the issuances, rules and regulations of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

 

// Winners will be drawn at random from the valid entry pool and will be notified via email.

// Winners will be required to complete the payment through the private payment invoice sent via email before the deadline to confirm your order, unless it is stated that the product/s must be paid in-store upon claiming.

// Winners will be required to present a valid ID upon claiming for in-store Draws.

// All unpaid/unclaimed entries after the deadline will be deemed forfeited and may result to a ban in future Draws.

// A selection of another winner from the pool of valid entries will be done in place of any forfeited winning entries.

// Winning entries cannot be sold, transferred or otherwise provided to anyone else. Evidence of such behavior by any entrant will result in disqualification. Evidence of multiple entries by any entrant will also result in disqualification.

// Only customers with winning entries will receive a confirmation e-mail.

// Confirmation emails will come from info@titan22.com, newsletter@titan22.com, or noreply@titan22.com.

// The Draw entry process is subject to change at any time at TITAN’s discretion.

 

// Customers with winning entries will receive a private payment link to confirm order.

// The Draw payments are processed through an online payment link through TITAN22.COM or PREMYTHEUS.COM, unless it is stated that the product/s must be paid in-store upon claiming.

// Customer must ensure the card details are entered correct, card security settings are configured and there are sufficient funds in the account.

// TITAN is not responsible for any failed transactions including card issuer error codes or insufficient balances.

// Confirmed Draw orders will be prepared for dispatch to the address details specified at registration.

// Shipping fees will be included in the total amount billed for winning entries.

// To avoid possibly being flagged as a potential fraud, it is highly encouraged to have the same shipping and billing details.

// Winning entries CANNOT be sold, transferred or assigned to anyone else. Evidence of such behavior will result in disqualification and bans. Entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for credit towards any purchase.

// All products driven through the Draw are subject to availability. TITAN is under no obligation to supply an alternative product.

// Failure to comply will result in the winner forfeiting their entry.

 

// TITAN holds the right to disqualify entries who they deem to be reselling, violating conditions or abusing the raffle system. These entrants will also be disqualified from future raffles.

// TITAN holds the right to change, alter or withdraw the raffle at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
