TITAN On-Demand

ORDERING

 

HOW TO ORDER ON TITAN ON-DEMAND?

1. Join the TITAN On-Demand Viber Community. A product Catalogue will be available to view our product selection.

2. Send a direct message to TITAN on Viber to check available products and its size. If the product is available, you will be asked to fill-out an order form.

3. You will receive an Invoice with the details of your order. Payment will be required for your order to push through. Make sure to send us back the proof of payment via Viber to receive the Payment Confirmation form.

4. Our representative and courier will notify you once your order has been shipped and is on its way.

5. Your order will be with you within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays).

HOW TO MESSAGE ON VIBER?

1. Click the TITAN On-Demand username on top of the screen

2. Scroll down to members and click the TITAN account (Superadmin)

3. Select ‘Message TITAN’

4. Directly send your order through a private message and let our customer service representatives guide you through the order tracking process

 

 

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

A fixed delivery fee of PHP 200 for Metro Manila and PHP 250 for selected Rizal area orders will be charged on top of the order you purchased.

 

 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM ORDERING ON TITAN22.COM AND THE TITAN APP?

Product selection on TITAN On-Demand may vary from those on TITAN22.COM and the TITAN App. Orders made on TITAN On-Demand will come directly from a TITAN retail store.

 

 

HOW MUCH TIME AM I GIVEN TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?

You will be given an hour from the time you receive the invoice to pay for your order.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FAIL TO PAY FOR MY TITAN ON-DEMAND ORDER?

Once the invoice has been sent, you will be given an hour to pay for the order. Unpaid orders will be forfeited. To order again, you may send us a message through Viber.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Payments may be made through Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), GCash, or Credit/Debit Card.

 

 

CAN I STILL CHANGE SIZE/ITEM OR CANCEL MY ORDER WHILE IT IS IN TRANSIT?

Once the order has been paid, changes or cancelations may not be processed.

Returns or Exchange will be accommodated. You may refer to the Product Return Policy on your Payment Confirmation form for eligibility.

 

 

 

DELIVERY

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders through the Viber Community will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Special Catalogue Draw orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Order fulfillment do not include holidays.

 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER WITHIN THE GIVEN TIMELINE?

TITAN On-Demand will fulfill your regular order within 2-3 business days and Special Catalogue Draw order within 5-7 business days.

In case you do not receive your order within the given timeline, you may contact us through Viber (for regular orders) or email (for Special Catalogue Draw orders) for order updates and follow-ups.

 

 

CAN YOU DELIVER TO ALL AREAS?

TITAN On-Demand delivers within Metro Manila and selected areas within the following provinces:

• Rizal

• Laguna

• Cavite

Announcements on Special Catalogue Draw are released on our Viber Community. Make sure to turn on your notifications to receive updates on these releases.

 

 

WHO CAN JOIN THE TITAN ON-DEMAND SPECIAL CATALOGUE DRAW?

Eligibility for the Special Catalogue Draw may vary per release. Terms and Conditions will be provided at the start of the draw. Make sure to scan through the Terms and Conditions to know eligibility.

 

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR TITAN ON-DEMAND SPECIAL CATALOGUE DRAW?

Payments may be made through Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), GCash, or Credit/Debit Card.

Payment Options may vary per product and will be provided on the Draw form.

Claiming options may vary per product and will be provided on the Draw form.

For orders marked for DELIVERY, these may NOT be picked-up at the store.

 

 

 

RETURNS

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

REGULAR ORDER

In the event that you have purchased a product from TITAN with a MATERIAL or WORKMANSHIP flaw, we advise you to first check with the place of purchase for their assistance. A product return claim can be made there in order to facilitate the inspection of your product. BOOK YOUR SLOT at booktitan.as.me

You may refer to the Product Return Policy on your Payment Confirmation for eligibility of return or exchange.

SPECIAL CATALOGUE DRAW

The product you are looking to return or exchange was only available in limited quantities. A replacement may not be available at the time of exchange. You may be offered the option to return the item and exchange it for another item of equal or greater value.

You may refer to the Product Return Policy on your Payment Confirmation for details.

 

 

HOW LONG IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

Merchandise in good condition may be exchanged for another color/ size if presented with its receipts and tags within eight (8) days from the date of purchase.

TITAN On-Demand orders’ date of purchase start on its date of delivery.

 

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE?

Items bought on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
