Terms of Service

Welcome to the Titan Loyalty Program (the “Program”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your participation in and use of the Program. By enrolling in and using the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

 

1. Program Enrollment

1.1 Eligibility: To participate in the Program, you must be a resident of the Philippines and at least 18 years old.

1.2 Enrollment: You can join the Program by completing the registration process on our website or through our mobile application. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate.

 

2. Membership Benefits

2.1 Points Accumulation: Members will earn points based on eligible purchases and activities as specified in the Program details. Eligible purchases include items purchased at Titan stores or online, as well as other activities specified by us.

Points are non-transferable, non-salable, and are not convertible to cash.

2.2 Rewards: Points can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts, products, or services as outlined in the Program. Rewards are subject to availability and may change at our discretion.

2.3 Tier Levels: The Program offers three membership tiers with different benefits. Details on how to achieve and maintain tier levels, as well as the benefits associated with each tier, will be provided on our website. Tier status may be reviewed and adjusted periodically based on your activity and points balance.

 

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or if your account information is compromised.

3.2 Account Updates: You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, including contact details and payment methods, is current and accurate. Any changes to your account information should be updated promptly via our website or customer service.

 

4. Program Changes and Termination

4.1 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice. Such changes may include adjustments to points accumulation rates, reward offerings, and tier benefits.

4.2 Termination: We may terminate your membership if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. In such cases, any remaining points or rewards may be forfeited.

 

5. Privacy and Data Use

5.1 Privacy Policy: Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5.2 Data Sharing: We may share your information with third parties as necessary for Program administration or as required by law.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

6.2 No Warranty: The Program and its benefits are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

9. General Terms
