By participating in this Draw, you are agreeing to all of TITAN’s Rules, Guidelines, Terms and Conditions.
RAFFLE DRAW ENTRY AND PROCESS
// Participants must have an active TITAN22.COM account to be able to join the Raffle Draw.
// All information of the participants will be solely based on the user information recorded on the TITAN22.COM account (Name, contact details, delivery address, etc).
// Participants may join in the raffle draw through the link provided on TITAN social media platforms.
// Entry is for the opportunity to purchase the launch product on the specified date, time, and registered size.
// Participants are only allowed to enter ONCE for each category - MENS, PRESCHOOL, and TODDLER (Maximum of 3 entries total per participant)
// Successful entry into the draw only provides you access to participate in the chance to purchase the product and does not guarantee a pair.
// The participant’s valid email address, valid delivery address within the Philippines, mobile number, and valid photo ID reflecting their real legal name are required to join.
// A valid ID will be required to confirm a participant’s identity, a second ID might be required for further validation. The following IDs will be recognized as valid:
- PASSPORT
- DRIVER'S LICENSE
- POSTAL ID
- PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ID
- PROFESSIONAL LICENSE: IBP, NURSING, ENGINEER, ETC
- VALID SCHOOL ID for the CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR (Only for minors)
- // Name on the presented valid ID must match the name used for the raffle.
// Validation and verification of the ID presented is solely at the discretion of TITAN.
// No purchase is necessary to enter. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of being eligible to purchase the launch product.
// Only ONE (1) entry per person and account per launch product is allowed, regardless of collection location submitted. Any entries under a duplicate name, or phone number, or zoom.us account will be automatically invalidated.
// All products on this draw are excluded from all promotions and discounts, shipping or otherwise.
// TITAN is not responsible for lost, unread, or unreceived emails. It is the participant’s responsibility to check SPAM/JUNK mail settings and folders and PRIVACY/SECURITY settings.
// Please ensure you do not unsubscribe from our emails, draws, or mailing campaigns in order to remain as an active subscriber to future draws. If you have previously unsubscribed or blocked an email from TITAN, you may not receive emails from us in the future.
// All draw entry details cannot be amended once submitted.
// All unpaid/unclaimed entries after the payment deadline will be forfeited and may result in restricted access to future TITAN Draws.
// Winning entries cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise provided to anyone else. Evidence of such behavior by any participant will result in disqualification. Evidence of multiple entries by any participant will also result in disqualification. Entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or credit towards any purchase.
// If TITAN believes you are involved in selling, transferring, or providing winning entries/merchandise to anyone else, TITAN reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to disqualify affected entry/entries, restrict sales to you, cancel your order/s, and/or suspend or close your account.
// TITAN Draw entry process is subject to change at any time at TITAN’s discretion.
DRAW PROPER - MEN’S CATEGORY
// Draw proper will be facilitated via ZOOM call.
// Selected participants are required to have a ZOOM account (https://zoom.us) to join.
// Selected participants will be sent a ZOOM registration link via email. Once registered, you will receive the ZOOM link for the draw proper.
// Selected participants must edit their Display Name to reflect their real name (First Name, Last Name)
// Selected participants are highly encouraged to download the ZOOM app on their device for their convenience. For best experience, participants should access using their desktop computer
// Selected participants are responsible for maintaining a good internet connection on their device during the duration of the raffle. If the participant is disconnected at any point during the call, for any reason, participants may rejoin the ZOOM call.
// Qualified participants will be admitted into the ZOOM room one at a time, all other participants will be in the ‘waiting room’. Order of entrance into the room will be in random order.
//Qualified participants will be admitted into the main meeting room and breakout rooms in batches. If they are unable to turn on their mic and video upon request or are unresponsive due to bad connection or being away from their device, they will be transferred back to the ‘waiting room’ and will have to wait until they are allowed back into the main meeting room.
// Selected participants, at any point during the call, cannot alter or change their display name.
// On their turn, selected participants will be requested to turn on their video and audio, and present their valid ID to the Titan team.
// Completing the ZOOM Verification DOES NOT guarantee the participant a pair. Additional checks and validation may be done once the participant has left the ZOOM meeting room.
// A limited number of participants may be selected for waitlisting
// Validated winners will be sent an invoice via their provided email address after the draw proper has concluded. To confirm their order, they will be required to complete the payment process following the instructions sent to their email.
DRAW PROPER - PRESCHOOL AND TODDLER (PS & TD) CATEGORY
// A verification process for selected participants will be facilitated via Google Form.
// Selected participants will be informed via email along with the form link.
// Selected participants will be required to upload a scanned copy of their valid ID for confirmation of identity.
// Information on the uploaded valid ID must match with the information on the associated TITAN22.COM account.
// Completing the form DOES NOT guarantee the participant a pair. Additional checks and validation may be done afterwards.
// Validated winners will be sent an invoice via their provided email address after the draw proper has concluded. To confirm their order, they will be required to complete the payment process following the instructions sent to their email.
DATA PRIVACY AND CUSTOMER CONDUCT
// All handling of personal information collected, stored, and used for this draw are compliant with the issuances, rules and regulations of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
// In the event of a transfer of any personal information between TITAN and the Recipient, TITAN’s standard privacy policy will establish TITAN’s obligations with respect to TITAN’s use, storage, confidentiality, privacy, and security of such personal information.
// Meetings will be held via ZOOM call in order to confirm the identity of customers participating in the draw.
// In joining the ZOOM call, participants agree to the recording of the entire draw process.
// Recording and copies of IDs will be stored in a safe, secure location for a maximum of 90 days, afterwhich, recording and copies of IDs will be deleted in accordance with the National Privacy Commission’s guidelines.
// TITAN will not be sharing access to said calls, whether live or recorded, and information on the IDs to unauthorized third parties.
// Participants agree to provide Titan with true, accurate and current information as requested when registering TITAN Draws. In doing so, you may not violate a third party’s intellectual property rights or use names that happen to be inaccurate.
// Participants are solely and entirely responsible for any and all use of the Titan services through their account. To safeguard your personal data, we recommend and require the following:
- Participants may not permit any other person to use their titan22.com and/or ZOOM accounts.
- Participants cannot assign or transfer their account or raffle entry to any other person or entity.
- Participants must immediately inform Titan of any apparent breach of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of their titan22.com and/or ZOOM account login information.
- Participants are responsible for finding a secure area and connection for their online call, as personal information will be shared.
// During calls, participants are expected to maintain good conduct and behavior. The following instances and behaviors will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate disqualification in the current draw and ban from all future draws:
- Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening, or attacking others.
- Defamatory, offensive, obscene, vulgar, or depicting violence.
- References to upsetting or distressing subjects.
- Hateful in language targeting race/ethnicity, age, color, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference or orientation, nationality, or political beliefs.
- Sexually explicit or pornographic.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, libelous, misleading, or unlawful.
- References to criminal or illegal activity.
INDEMNIFICATION
// By participating in this TITAN draw, participants agree to indemnify and hold TITAN harmless against and from any claim, demand, expenses, or losses, including reasonable legal fees, (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, paralegal fees, costs and expenses), made by any third party against Titan due to or arising out of:
- Participants use and/or connection to the Apps, Website and/or Titan Services.
- Sharing of any content obtained through use of the Apps, Website, and/or titan services to any third party.
- The use of any content downloaded from the Apps, Website, and/or Titan services to your computer and/or servers.
- Violations of these Terms of Use.
- Information sent, submitted, electronically received, viewed, printed, downloaded or transmitted through the Apps, Website and/or Titan services.
- Any misuse, intended or unintended of any content by the participant, their agents, their employees, customers and any other parties whose information is provided.
- Failure on the participant’s end to provide a secure connection and area for the ZOOM call which may lead to third parties gaining access to your personal information.
- Violation of any rights of any other individual or entity, whether they are a registered user or not. Participants are responsible for their actions when using the Apps, Website and/or Titan services, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access. In all cases, Titan shall have the right to choose its own counsel.
DRAW PAYMENT, FULFILMENT & SHIPPING
// Payments will be processed through a private payment link on TITAN22.COM.
// Payment options include PayPal and Paymongo for debit/credit cards/eWallets.
// Participants are expected to ensure that their preferred payment method is active and valid. // To ensure a smoother transaction, avoid selecting ‘back’ or prematurely selecting the payment link until you are ready to pay.
// It is up to the customer to ensure the payment details are entered correctly, card security settings are configured and there are sufficient funds in the account.
// TITAN is not responsible for any failed transactions including card issuer error codes or insufficient balances. Any additional transaction fees that the participant might incur from their bank or payment provider will be shouldered by the participant.
// TITAN is not responsible for any fraudulent and unauthorized use of credit cards. TITAN holds the right to proceed with the transaction and rely on the regularity of information provided by the customer.
// Confirmed Draw orders will be prepared for dispatch to the address details specified at registration.
// Confirmed orders will be shipped to the customer within 7-20 days from the date of payment; provided, however, that TITAN shall not be considered in default in case of natural calamities, public health emergencies, pandemics, and other similar circumstances that shall prevent TITAN from shipping the order; provided, further, that TITAN shall not be responsible for any damage
or defect of the goods during transit with a third-party transportation company.
// Standard shipping rates apply to orders below PHP7,000. PHP 200 within Metro Manila and PHP 250 for provincial locations.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
// TITAN holds the right to disqualify entries deemed to be reselling, violating conditions, or abusing the draw system. These participants may also be disqualified from future draws.
// TITAN reserves the right to change, alter, withdraw or discontinue the draw at its sole discretion.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
// In accordance with the DTI and The Consumer Act of the Philippines, “once a sale is done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund”. Given the nature of this product, all pairs have been fully inspected in accordance with TITAN's product quality guidelines and have been found free of defects.
// We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping. Titan does not consider these as defects. Damages on the box or any parts of its packaging will not be honored for damage claims. Only damages to the actual shoes can be considered as damage.
// Due to the limited quantity of this product, requests for exchanges will not be entertained. In the case of manufacturing defects, your payment will be refunded in full once the product has been returned to TITAN.
