How do I participate in the Draw?
• Make sure you are logged into your account.
• By joining the draw, you agree to our terms and conditions.
• Head over to the releases page at TITAN22.COM
• Click on the product you wish to join. You will be directed to the Draw form.
• Fill up the necessary information and submit your entry.
I cannot access the form. What should I do?
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
• Check if your address book is completely filled up. To do so, kindly go to the account page. Click View Addresses under the Default Address section and update the incomplete addresses you have. To avoid any issues, it is highly recommended to have only one saved address.
• When inputting your address, kindly fill it up manually. Avoid using the autofill function in your device.
• Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
• Try on another web browser or an Incognito window.
• When using Incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
• Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
• Try accessing the Draw on another device.
• Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wi-fi.)
• Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.
• Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device.
How do I know if my entry is confirmed?
Once you have successfully completed the form, your entry will be confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the Draw is closed.
How will I know if I win the Draw?
Winners will be receiving an invoice on their email to pay for their pairs. All unpaid/unclaimed entries after the deadline will be deemed forfeited and may result to a ban in future Draws. To learn more about the process, check the Draw Terms and Conditions.
