1. Joining the TITAN Loyalty Program

1.1 Who can join the TITAN Loyalty Program?

Anyone can join the TITAN Loyalty Program by signing up on TITAN22.COM or the TITAN App. By signing up, you are agreeing to TITAN's Terms of Service for its Loyalty Program.

1.2 Is it free to join the TITAN Loyalty Program?

Yes, joining the TITAN Loyalty Program is completely free.

1.3 How do I join the TITAN Loyalty Program?

To join, simply log on to TITAN22.COM or download the TITAN App on iOS or Android and sign up for an account.

1.4 I already have an existing account on TITAN22.COM or the TITAN App. Will my lifetime purchase history be counted toward points?

The rewards program will be based on purchases made from the start date of the TITAN Loyalty Program.
Existing and new users will receive different welcome gifts, so make sure to check out the specific offers available to you.

1.5 I have two email addresses associated with TITAN22.COM and/or the TITAN App. Can I combine them into one TITAN Loyalty account?

No, it is not possible to combine multiple email addresses into a single account. Each email address must be used for a separate account.

1.6 My account was suspended. What had happened?

Your TITAN account may be suspended due to suspected fraudulent or other inappopriate behavior that do not comply with TITAN's terms of service.

 

2. The Point System

The TITAN Loyalty Point System enhances your shopping experience by awarding points for every purchase made online or at any TITAN location. Your accumulated points determine your membership tier, which in turn unlocks a range of exclusive benefits and rewards tailored to each level.

2.1 When do I begin earning points?

Points will begin accumulating from the launch date in 2024. Starting September 14, 2024, all online purchases made in 2024 will be credited with points.

2.2 How do I view my point total?

You can view your point total by logging into your account on TITAN22.COM or through the TITAN App and heading to the TITAN Loyalty Program page/tab.

2.3 How do I accumulate points?

Points can be earned through:

// Online purchases (point accumulation through in-store purchases coming soon)

// Participation in activities such as TITAN events, athlete store visits, and special moments

// Completing your profile, providing feedback, and taking surveys

// Referrals and other engagement activities

2.4 When do points get added?

Points are added within 30 days from the date of purchase or after unlocking point bonuses.

2.5 Are points redeemable?

Yes, points are redeemable. Details on what you can redeem them for will be announced soon.

2.6 What are purchase points?

Purchase points are earned through purchases of products, TITAN merchandise, and collaborations, with potential for double points on certain items. Points are based on the total purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.

2.7 When are purchase points added?

Purchase points are added to your account within 30 days from the purchase date.

2.8 Are all TITAN retail locations taking part in the Loyalty Program?

All TITAN doors will be part of the Loyalty Program SOON. More details will be provided. Stay tuned.

2.9 I purchased something on sale, will I receive points from this purchase?

Yes, you will receive points based on the net price of the sale item.

2.10 I made an in-store purchase, but didn't provide my email address or scan my TITAN ID. How do I get credit for those points?

Points can only be earned for in-store purchases if your identifying information is provided at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot add points to a retail order retroactively.

2.11 Why are my points in pending status?
Points in pending status will be updated and reflected in your account within 14 working days.

2.12 What happens to my points when I return a product/products?
Points will be deducted from your account for any returned products.

2.13 What does Estimated Purchase Points mean in my cart?
"Estimated Purchase Points" refers to the projected number of points you will earn from the items in your cart. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for these points to appear on your account.

2.14 Can I earn purchase points on orders placed with third party payment methods like PayPal or PayMongo?
Yes, you can earn points on orders placed through any payment method, including PayPal and PayMongo, whether you shop in-store, on the App, or on our website.

2.15 Do my Loyalty points expire?
Yes, Loyalty points will expire after one year from the date they are earned. Points will also be subject to expiration on a predetermined refresh date.

2.16 Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Points may not be earned if you checked out as a guest, did not present your email, app, or QR code at the point of sale at retail, or if the purchase is still pending. Please allow up to 30 days for points to be processed.

2.17 Are points transferable?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

2.18 What should I do if there is an issue with my point balance?
If you have any questions or concerns about your point balance, please contact us at customerservice@titan22.com for assistance.

 

3. The Tier System

The TITAN Loyalty Program features three point-based tiers: Oxblood, Gold, and Black, ranked from lowest to highest.

3.1 What are tiers?
Your tier level in the TITAN Loyalty Program unlocks a variety of rewards, such as exclusive experiences, Early Access to new products, and more. Your tier is determined by your purchase points history, which also dictates the specific rewards, experiences, and additional benefits available to you.

3.2 How many tiers are there?
The TITAN Loyalty Program has three tiers. In order, please see the tier breakdown below:

Oxblood (Simply sign-up to join)
Gold (Maintain 2,000 points)
Black (Maintain 6,000 points)

3.3 How are tiers determined?
Tiers are based on the number of points you accumulate through your purchases. As you earn points, you move through the tiers, each unlocking different rewards and benefits.

3.4 What are the tier names based on?
The tier names are inspired by TITAN's signature color palette, which has been a hallmark of our branding and iconic TITAN tees since 2010.

3.5 Where do I see my tier status?
Your tier status and total points scored can be found on the TITAN Loyalty Program page/tab on TITAN22.COM or the TITAN App.

3.6 How do I see the tier benefits I’ve unlocked?
Your tier benefits can be found on the TITAN Loyalty Program page/tab.

3.7 If I move up a tier level, what happens to the benefits I’ve previously earned?
As you advance to a higher tier, you retain full access to all the benefits you've previously earned. Your TITAN Loyalty history and its rewards remain available to you.

3.8 How will I know if I’ve unlocked a new tier status?
When you achieve a new tier status, your membership card will update accordingly after a 30-day points verification period. You'll be able to access the benefits of your new tier as soon as your account is updated. Additionally, you will receive an email or push notification to alert you of the tier change.

3.9 What should I do if there is an issue with my tier status?
